Go Digit Receives CCI Detailed Order for Amalgamation Scheme Approval

Go Digit General Insurance Ltd has received the detailed order from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) approving the Scheme of Amalgamation between Go Digit Infoworks Services Private Limited and Go Digit General Insurance Limited. This follows the CCI's initial approval communicated on July 28, 2026. The amalgamation, which sees Go Digit General Insurance as the surviving entity, is still subject to further statutory and regulatory approvals, including those from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), as well as shareholder consent. The detailed order was dated August 31, 2026, and received by the company on September 1, 2026. The company has also uploaded the order on its investor relations website.
