Goa Carbon Ltd Trading Window Closure Announced for 10 Days Before Quarter Ends

Goa Carbon Limited has informed the Exchange about the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's securities. The trading window for equity shares will be closed from 22nd March 2026, which is 10 days prior to the end of the respective quarter. The closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading by insiders. The trading window will be reopened 48 hours after the Financial Results for the quarter/year ended 31St March 2026 are made public.
