Goblin India Appoints Ms. Khushbu Bharakatya as Company Secretary

Goblin India Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Khushbu Bharakatya as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective July 24, 2026. The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on the same date. Ms. Bharakatya, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, brings extensive experience in secretarial and compliance management. She is not related to any existing directors of the company and holds no shares in Goblin India Ltd.
