Goblin India Ltd: Shareholders Approve Independent Director Appointment at 37th AGM

Goblin India Ltd announced the outcome of its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 31, 2026. Shareholders approved the regularization of Ms. Kinjal Parmar (DIN: 10831250) as an Independent Director. Ms. Parmar, who holds an MBA and has over five years of accounting experience, was initially appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director on March 10, 2026.
