Godavari Biorefineries Ltd: Directors Re-appointed and Appointed at AGM

Godavari Biorefineries Ltd announced at its 71st Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 28, 2026, the re-appointment of Dr. Raman Ramachandran and Mr. Suhas Godage as Directors, liable to retire by rotation. The AGM also approved the re-appointment and remuneration for Mr. Samir S. Somaiya as Managing Director and Mr. Suhas Godage as Executive Director (Works-Sakarwadi), both effective April 1, 2027. Additionally, Mr. Dinesh Sharma was appointed as a Director and approved as Executive Director (Works-Sameerwadi) for three years, effective September 28, 2026. All appointed/re-appointed directors are confirmed not to be debarred by any SEBI order or other authority.
