Godavari Drugs Ltd, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct, has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's securities by its designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
