Godavari Drugs Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 31, 2026, approved the alteration of the Memorandum of Association to include a new main object for the business of nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, natural extracts, food ingredients, and allied products. This expansion aims to leverage domestic and export markets for manufacturing and marketing these products. The change requires shareholder approval via a Special Resolution at the upcoming 38th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 25, 2026.
