Godrej Agrovet: CEO Crop Care Resigns, Interim Appointed

Godrej Agrovet Limited announced changes in its Senior Management Personnel. Mr. Rajavelu N.K., Chief Executive Officer of the Crop Care Business, has resigned, effective November 24, 2026, to pursue an external opportunity. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Sivaram Yadavalli, Head – Strategy & Business Development, as the Interim Chief Executive Officer – Crop Care Business, effective November 25, 2026. This change is a direct consequence of Mr. Rajavelu's resignation. Mr. Yadavalli will continue his role as Head – Strategy & Business Development.
