Godrej Agrovet: Nadir Godrej to retire, Burjis Godrej named Chairman

Godrej Agrovet Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 13, 2026, approved significant leadership changes. Mr. Nadir Godrej will retire as the "Chairman and Non-Executive Director" of the company, effective from the close of business hours on August 13, 2026. In recognition of his extensive contributions, the Board has approved his appointment as "Chairman Emeritus" from August 14, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Burjis N. Godrej, currently an Executive Director and son of Mr. Nadir Godrej, has been appointed as the "Chairman – Designate" with immediate effect from April 13, 2026. He will assume the role of "Chairperson" of the Board of Directors from August 14, 2026.
