
Godrej Agrovet to Invest INR 70 Crore in Andhra Pradesh for Dairy and Oil Palm Business Expansion
Godrej Agrovet Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the State Government of Andhra Pradesh to invest INR 70 Crore in expanding dairy processing and value-added product capacities, and setting up new Samadhan Centers for oil palm farmers. The company's wholly owned subsidiary, Creamline Dairy Products Limited, will expand its dairy processing and value-added products capacities in three phases. The oil palm business will establish five new Samadhan Centers, providing a comprehensive package of knowledge, tools, services, and solutions to oil palm farmers. This investment is expected to strengthen the agri-food processing capabilities of Godrej Agrovet and empower farmers, contributing to the growth of the agri-economy.
