Godrej Consumer Products Completes Acquisition of Triology Solutions' FMCG Business

Godrej Consumer Products Limited has completed the acquisition of the FMCG business of Triology Solutions Private Limited (TSPL) today. The acquisition was initially announced in October 2025, where Godrej Consumer Products had entered into an agreement to acquire TSPL's business by way of a slump sale on a going concern basis. TSPL is an Indian FMCG company operating primarily in the male grooming category under the Muuchstac brand. This disclosure is being made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
