Godrej Industries: Nadir Godrej retires, Pirojsha Godrej new Chairperson

Godrej Industries Limited announced significant leadership changes following a Board Meeting on April 13, 2026. Mr. Nadir Godrej will retire as Chairman and Managing Director effective August 13, 2026, upon turning 75. He will transition to the role of Chairman Emeritus from August 14, 2026, alongside Mr. Adi Godrej. Concurrently, Mr. Pirojsha Godrej has been appointed as the new Chairperson of the Board and the Godrej Industries Group, effective August 14, 2026, and is immediately designated as 'Chairperson-Designate'.
