Godrej Properties Acquires ~16-Acre Land Parcel in Upper Kharadi, Pune; Estimated Revenue Potential INR 3,100 Crore

Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) has announced the acquisition of a ~16-acre land parcel in Upper Kharadi, Pune. The development will primarily consist of premium group housing and high-street retail, with a developable potential of ~2.5 million square feet. The project is strategically located, offering good connectivity to major commercial hubs and proximity to IT hubs in Viman Nagar, Magarpatta, and Hadapsar. The location also provides access to well-developed social infrastructure. The estimated revenue potential of the project is approximately INR 3,100 crore. This is GPL's second land acquisition in the Kharadi-Wagholi belt this month, taking the cumulative revenue potential from the two developments to approximately INR 7,300 crore.
