Godrej Properties Sells Homes Worth INR ~ 2,000 Crores at Godrej MSR City Launch in Bengaluru

Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) announced that it has sold inventory worth over INR ~ 2,000 crores during the launch of the first phase of the project, Barca @ Godrej MSR City, located in Devanahalli, Bengaluru. This is GPL's largest township project in Bengaluru with a developable potential of ~ 5.6 million square feet. The project is Mediterranean-inspired with expansive green zones, sunlit terraces, and a 1.5 lakh square feet clubhouse. Devanahalli has become a major real estate hotspot due to its proximity to Kempegowda International Airport, upcoming metro stations, and arterial routes.
