Godrej Properties Sells Over 5,000 Homes Worth INR 9,500 Crore in Q4FY24 - Highest Ever Quarterly Sales in India's Real Estate Industry

Godrej Properties sold over 5,331 homes worth INR 9,500 crore in Q4FY24, marking the highest ever quarterly sales for any publicly listed real estate developer in India. The total area of these homes was over 8 million sq. ft. For the fiscal year FY24, Godrej Properties sold 14,310 homes worth over INR 22,500 crore, also a record for the industry. Two of their projects, Godrej Zenith in NCR and Godrej Reserve in MMR, achieved booking values of over INR 3,000 crore and INR 2,690 crore respectively. In FY24, four projects, including two launched in Q3 and Q2, achieved over INR 2,000 crore in booking value.
