Godrej Properties Wins Legal Battle, Regains Two Plots in Navi Mumbai

Godrej Properties Limited has announced that the Supreme Court of India has upheld the Bombay High Court's decision, quashing the cancellation of the allotment of two plots in Navi Mumbai by the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited (CIDCO). The company had previously won the e-auctioning process for these plots but their allotment was cancelled.
