Godrej Properties Wins Major Arbitration Case Against GoldBricks Infrastructure, Rejecting Rs. 1,366 Crore Claims

Godrej Properties Ltd. has announced the final award passed by the Arbitrator on September 08, 2025, in the matter of arbitration between the Company and GoldBricks Infrastructure Private Limited for the Project, Godrej Anandam, Nagpur. The Arbitrator has substantially rejected the claims of GoldBricks Infrastructure Private Limited, which amounted to approximately Rs. 1,366 crore, while partly allowing them to the limited extent of Rs. 240.8 crore with simple interest at 12% p.a. from the date of the Award till realisation. The Company is planning to challenge the Award before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court due to certain shortcomings.
