Goel Construction Company Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Sushil Kumar Wali as an Additional Director and Independent Director for a period of three years, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing general meeting. The company also accepted the resignation of Mr. Chaman Lal from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director, effective immediately. Furthermore, the company appointed M/s Gaurav G & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2025-26.
