Goel Construction Reappoints Cost & Internal Auditors

Goel Construction Company Ltd's Board of Directors, following the Audit Committee's recommendation, reappointed M/s Deepak Mittal & Co. as Cost Auditor and M/s R.K. Akar and Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The decision was made during the board meeting held on May 13, 2026. The reappointments are subject to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
