The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) at 11:00 A.M. Shareholders will have the opportunity to vote electronically through remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM, facilitated by NSDL. The remote e-voting period will run from September 8, 2026, 09:00 A.M. (IST) to September 10, 2026, 05:00 P.M. (IST). The cut-off date for shareholders eligible to vote is September 5, 2025.
