Goenka Business & Finance Approves FY26 Audited Results

Goenka Business & Finance Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, during their meeting on May 26, 2026. The board also re-appointed M/s. HARSH PRAJAPATI & CO as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27 and appointed Mr. Atul Jashwantrai Sheth as an Independent Director for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The resignation of Mr. Dharmik Solanki as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer was also noted and accepted, effective from the close of business hours on May 26, 2026.
