Gogia Capital Growth Ltd Reconstitutes Board Committees Effective Sep 1, 2026

Gogia Capital Growth Ltd announced the reconstitution of its Board Committees, effective September 1, 2026. The changes were approved by the Board of Directors on August 29, 2026. Mr. Shubham Aggarwal will chair the Audit Committee and serve as a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) and Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC). Ms. Mansi Kabra has been appointed as Chairperson of the Company and will serve as a member on the Audit Committee, NRC, and SRC. Mr. Brijesh Saxena will be a member of the Audit Committee and SRC, while Mr. Simarjeet Singh Baweja will be a member of the NRC. The company also noted technical difficulties encountered while attempting to file the intimation on the BSE Listing Portal on September 1, 2026.
