Gogia Commodity Trading Pvt Ltd acquired 150,000 equity shares of Gogia Capital Growth Limited through an off-market transfer on May 14, 2026, increasing its shareholding from 7.25% to 9.62%. The acquisition was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
