Golden Carpets Ltd Reconstitutes Board Committees

Golden Carpets Ltd announced the reconstitution of its Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee following changes in director designations. Mr. Srikrishna Naik's designation changed, and Mrs. Meena Bhushan Kerur is now the Managing Director. Mr. Rohan Bhushan Kerur has been inducted into all three committees, replacing Mrs. Meena Bhushan Kerur in the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees, and becoming Chairperson of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. The changes were approved at the Board of Directors meeting held on August 20, 2026.
