Golden Crest Education & Services Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure

Golden Crest Education & Services Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and their relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Code of Conduct adopted by the company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours from the announcement/declaration of the audited financial result for the 4th quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of the board meeting for considering the declaration of audited financial results for the 4th quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026 will be communicated in due course.
