Golden Crest Education Trading Window Closure for Q2 FY27 Results

Golden Crest Education & Services Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, employees, and designated persons from October 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The company will communicate the date of the Board Meeting for considering these results in due course. Additionally, the company has updated information on the CDSL portal to restrict trading for relevant personnel by freezing their PAN at the security level.
