Mr. Swapan Khandelwal, Promoter and Whole Time Director of Goldline Pharmaceutical Ltd, has acquired 60,000 equity shares, representing 0.62% of the total issued and paid-up share capital. The acquisition was made through open market purchases on June 22, 2026. Following this transaction, Mr. Khandelwal's total holding in the company has increased to 29.27%.
