Aion-Tech Invests Rs. 5.21 Crore in Wholly Owned Subsidiary Roqit Greenfleet Digital Solutions

Aion-Tech Solutions Ltd. has invested Rs. 5.21 crore towards product development expenditure for Roqit, a wholly owned subsidiary. This amount has been capitalized by the Company as on March 31, 2025. Upon transfer of the capital asset to Roqit, Roqit has allotted 52,10,000 equity shares to the Company. This brings the total investment by the Company in ROQIT to Rs. 6,35,10,000/-. Roqit Greenfleet Digital Solutions Private Limited is positioned as a high-potential platform company with a modular architecture aimed at addressing various aspects of fleet and asset management. While the company has not commenced revenue generation as of date, it is actively working towards commercialising these successful PoCs and onboarding premium customers.
