The Board of Directors of Aion-Tech Solutions Ltd, at their meeting held on March 25, 2026, approved the change in designation of Mr. Chanakya Bellam Radha Krishna as Whole-time Director, subject to member approval. The Board also approved the resignation of Mr. Seetepalli Venkat Raghunand as Executive Director and Director, with effect from the close of business hours on April 24, 2026.
