Aion-Tech Solutions to Sell 100% Stake in Wowtruck Technologies for INR 10 Crores

Aion-Tech Solutions Ltd has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Trentar Private Limited to sell 100% stake in Wowtruck Technologies Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, for a minimum consideration of INR 10,00,00,000. The sale is subject to shareholder approval and other necessary approvals. The subsidiary contributed 15.39% of the consolidated revenue and 0.86% of the consolidated net worth of the company in the last financial year. The transaction is expected to be completed in the next 6 months, with INR 40,00,000 paid as an advance.
