Ikoma Tech to Raise ₹500 Cr via Rights Issue, Acquire ICM Insurance

Ikoma Technologies Limited (formerly Vuenow Infratech Limited) announced its Board of Directors has approved a Rights Issue to raise up to ₹50 Crores (₹500 million) and the acquisition of ICM Insurance Brokers Private Limited. The Rights Issue will involve the issuance of fully-paid equity shares to eligible shareholders. A dedicated Rights Issue Committee has been formed to finalize terms such as issue price and record date. The acquisition of ICM Insurance Brokers is subject to necessary regulatory approvals. The Board meeting concluded on June 5, 2026.
