Ikoma Technologies Limited (formerly Vuenow Infratech Limited) has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 3:30 PM IST via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The AGM will transact ordinary business including the adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for FY 2025-26 and the re-appointment of directors Mr. Bhavesh Bhairaram Lohar and Ms. Preeti. Special business includes the re-appointment of Mr. Paras Chand Jain as Whole Time Director and fixing his remuneration. The company will also provide remote e-voting facilities from September 27 to September 29, 2026.
