Goodluck India Appoints V. K. Surana as Internal Auditor

Goodluck India Ltd. has appointed M/s V.K. Surana & Co. as its Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on May 26, 2026, where the board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a final dividend of 150% (₹3.00 per equity share). Additionally, Mr. Surendra Rai Kapur was appointed as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27.
