Goodyear India Announces 65th AGM and FY26 Annual Report

Goodyear India Ltd has announced its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 12, 2026, via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The company has also released its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26. Key agenda items include the adoption of audited financial statements, declaration of a final dividend of ₹26.50 per equity share, re-appointment of a director, ratification of cost auditor remuneration, and approval for the waiver of excess managerial remuneration paid to the Managing Director for FY25-26 amounting to ₹2,02,65,182.
