Gopal Iron & Steels changes name to Castora Agri Commodities

Gopal Iron & Steels Company (Gujarat) Limited has officially changed its name to Castora Agri Commodities Limited, effective April 28, 2026. The Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, approved the change and issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on the same date. The company is currently in the process of obtaining necessary approvals from BSE Limited under Regulation 45 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The filing clarifies that this name change does not affect the rights and liabilities of stakeholders.
