Gopal Iron & Steels Company Gujarat Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Gopal Iron & Steels Company Gujarat Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st January, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2025. This closure is as per Clause 4 of the Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2025 will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course. The insiders/ designated persons have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during this period.
