Gorani Industries Ltd: Nakul Gorani Acquires 1.02% Shares via Gift

Gorani Industries Ltd has disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 that Nakul Gorani has acquired 1,10,000 equity shares of the company through a gift from Shanta Devi Gorani. This represents 2.05% of the company's total shares and increases Nakul Gorani's holding to 12.53%. The total share capital of the company is 53,62,600 equity shares of Rs. 10.00 each.
