Gothi Plascon Approves Unaudited Results, Appoints MD

Gothi Plascon India Ltd announced the outcome of its board meeting held on July 30, 2026. The company also approved the notice for its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026, which will be held via video conferencing. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 24 to September 30, 2026, with September 23, 2026, set as the cut-off date for AGM eligibility.
