Goyal Aluminiums appoints 2 independent directors, reconstitutes committees

Goyal Aluminiums Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting on April 17, 2026, approved the appointment of Ms. Pushpa Joshi and Mr. Saurabh as Additional Directors in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval. Following the resignations of Mr. Bishamber Nath Mehra and Mr. Amit Agarwal, the company also reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Ms. Pushpa Joshi and Mr. Saurabh have been appointed as members to these committees, with Ms. Joshi also chairing the Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
