Goyal Associates: CFO Resigns, Approves Rights Issue

Goyal Associates Limited announced that Ms. Munige Radhika has resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective October 24, 2026. The company's Board of Directors also approved a Rights Issue of equity shares not exceeding ₹7000 Lakhs (₹70 Crore). A Rights Issue Committee has been formed, and intermediaries appointed. Mr. Ajay Solanki will discharge CFO functions on an additional charge basis from October 25, 2026. The resignation of Mr. Vuppala Naga Malleswara Rao as Director was also noted.
