Goyal Associates Ltd Board Approves FY25 Annual Report

Goyal Associates Ltd announced that its Board of Directors met on July 20, 2026, to approve the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-25. The report includes the Directors' Report and annexures. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s. Ankur Gandhi & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26 and as Scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 8 to August 14, 2026, for the AGM. The 31st AGM is scheduled for August 14, 2026, to adopt financial statements and appoint a director retiring by rotation.
