GP Petroleums Ltd Enters Agreement to Purchase Land & Building from Related Party for Rs. 30 Crores

GP Petroleums Ltd has entered into an agreement with Aspam Caravan Logistics Parks Private Limited for the purchase of Land & Building (warehouse) admeasuring 4.625 acres, situated at Raliawas, Haryana. The transaction is at arm's length, based on an independent valuation report and approved by the Audit Committee. The purpose of the agreement is to ensure long-term operational stability, reduce recurring rental expenditure, convert operating expense into a capital asset, enhance operational control over logistics infrastructure, and support long-term business growth.
