GPT Healthcare Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Designated Persons

GPT Healthcare Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by the designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board meeting for consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course. The decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct. All the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
