These meetings are to consider and approve the Scheme of Amalgamation involving Alcon Builders and Engineers Private Limited and Jogbani Highway Private Limited with GPT Infraprojects Limited. The NCLT order, pronounced on September 15, 2026, mandates these meetings within 90 days. Meetings for equity shareholders of transferor companies and preference shareholders of Jogbani Highway have been dispensed with, as have meetings for unsecured creditors of Jogbani Highway. No meeting of secured creditors for Jogbani Highway is required due to the absence of any such creditors.
