Clenon Enterprises Incorporates Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Clenon Properties Private Limited

Clenon Enterprises Limited has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) named 'Clenon Properties Private Limited' with an authorized capital of Rs. 10,00,000 divided into 1,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The Paid-up Capital is Rs. 1,00,000 divided into 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The new entity is a related party of the Company, and the Promoter/ Promoter Group/ Group Companies of Clenon Enterprises Limited are interested in the new entity. The transactions with the WOS will be at an arm's length basis. The WOS is incorporated to deal in real estate and logistics industry. Clenon Enterprises Limited holds 99% share capital of Clenon Properties Private Limited. The new company, Clenon Properties Private Limited, was incorporated in India on January 09th, 2025 and is yet to commence business operations.
