Grandma Trading Appoints Avdhesh Chaurasiya as Whole-Time Director & CFO

Grandma Trading & Agencies Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Avdhesh Chaurasiya as Whole-Time Director and CFO, effective August 1, 2026, for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Mr. Chaurasiya, with over 8 years of experience in Indirect Taxes and Accounting, is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding directorships. The company also updated its list of authorized personnel for disclosures under Regulation 30(5).
