Granules India Ltd. Allots 2,50,00,000 Convertible Warrants and 51,28,205 Equity Shares on Preferential Basis

Granules India Ltd. has approved the allotment of 2,50,00,000 convertible warrants and 51,28,205 equity shares on a preferential basis. The warrants, convertible into an equivalent number of fully paid equity shares, have been allotted to members of the Promoter group and Non-Promoter investor category. The equity shares have been allotted to members of the non-promoter category. The allotments have increased the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs. 24,77,96,921 and Rs. 27,27,96,921 on a diluted basis. The company has received in-principal approvals from the Stock Exchanges for the issue of these securities.
