Granules India: Promoter Group Acquires 2.49 Cr Shares via Warrant Conversion

Granules India Ltd has disclosed a significant shareholding change involving its promoter group. Mrs. Chigurupati Uma Devi, Mrs. Priyanka Chigurupati, Mrs. Pragnya Chigurupati, and Mr. Harsha Chigurupati, acting as persons acting in concert (PACs), have acquired a total of 2,49,82,906 equity shares. This acquisition occurred on September 16, 2026, through the conversion of warrants that were initially allotted on a preferential basis on February 23, 2026. The disclosure replaces a previous one dated September 25, 2026. The total holding of the promoter group, including these newly acquired shares, now stands at 31.08% of the total share capital.
