Grasim Industries Issues Letter of Awareness for CAD 27 Million Credit Facilities to AV Group NB Inc.

Grasim Industries Ltd., in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, has disclosed a Letter of Awareness for CAD 27 million credit facilities availed by AV Group NB Inc., a joint venture company in which Grasim holds a 45% stake. The balance 55% stake is held by two promoter group companies, M/s P.T. Indo Bharat Rayon, Indonesia and M/s Thai Rayon Public Company Limited, Thailand. The letter of awareness does not involve any financial commitment or guarantee from Grasim, but expresses an intention to support the joint venture company in maintaining its capital and liquidity levels. This disclosure does not have any significant impact on Grasim Industries Ltd.
