Gratex Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading Regulations

Gratex Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st April 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours post the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, and the Company’s Code of Conduct and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading in its securities. The trading window will be closed for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
